One POS and ERP stack for a retail cooperative
A cooperative retail group running hundreds of stores on a shared catalogue, with point of sale, stock and the ledger on one platform.

The group had grown by adding stores faster than it added systems: several point-of-sale versions, a separate stock spreadsheet culture per region, and a month-end that depended on re-keying.
We consolidated onto one Apache OFBiz-based platform: a single product and price master, point of sale settling per shift into the ledger, and warehouse operations sharing the same stock records. Rollout ran store group by store group, each with a working system before the next started.
The platform runs on Kubernetes with PostgreSQL, deployed from Git, with the source and schema held by the cooperative.
