Mont-E is a software company working with retail, distribution and cooperative businesses. We build the systems that run daily operations — the ERP behind the ledger, the point of sale at the till, the distribution platform in the representative's pocket, the content platform behind the public site — and then we operate them.

We work from open-source foundations: Apache OFBiz for enterprise resource planning, Strapi for content, PostgreSQL for data, Kubernetes for delivery. That is a deliberate choice. It means our customers hold their own source code and their own data, that a licence renewal is never a negotiation about survival, and that the effort we charge for goes into the parts of the business that are genuinely specific.

Our products are bilingual because our users are. Vietnamese is not a translation layer applied at the end; it is a locale on every field, in every screen, from the first sprint.

We are a small team by design. The engineers who design the data model are the ones who write the migration, and the ones who answer when something breaks at three in the morning. That is harder to scale and much easier to trust.
