Building management ran on spreadsheets and a paper invoice per unit, and residents had no way to check what they owed without calling the office.
We built a management platform for the operator — units, residents, service charges, meters, vehicles and invoicing — and a resident-facing portal and mobile app on top of the same data, with bank payment integration for settlement.
Residents see their unit, their invoices and their payment history; the operator sees one billing run instead of a folder of documents.
