A group's corporate and brand sites consolidated onto one bilingual headless CMS, each published as a static front end.

Each site in the group had been built by a different agency in a different framework, and each needed its own hosting, its own updates and its own security patching.
We consolidated the content onto one Strapi-based platform with a shared, bilingual content model, and rebuilt the front ends as statically exported sites served from the same container as the API. New sites reuse the components and the media library rather than starting again.
Each site keeps its own domain, its own certificate and its own editors, while the platform is patched once.
